About Us
Sticky Fig Media is an international collective of consultants experienced in food and social systems change. We believe in the power of food and agriculture to transform communities for the better.
We specialise in bringing together diverse voices from across food, farming and hospitality - connecting industry professionals with facilitators, academics, activists, creatives and artists. We design and deliver impactful experiences, to inspire new thinking and catalyse systemic change.
We are a unique consultancy collective, drawing on extensive global experience in transforming food and hospitality sectors. United by the belief that traditional food business models are no longer fit for purpose, we create spaces to reimagine a more sustainable and equitable future for our industries through events, retreats, workshops, and professional development programmes.

Our Vision
The Sticky Fig collective offers a fresh approach to hospitality organisation - one that prioritises not just what we do, but who we are as an industry and how we achieve our objectives.
Our mission emerged from recognising the crisis of burnout, financial instability and entrepreneurial overwhelm facing our food and farming sectors. In a post-pandemic world, these challenges have only intensified, making our work more crucial than ever.
